1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of the Mendwell website at mendwellm.biz and any programmes or services you enrol in with Mendwell. By using our website or attending a programme, you agree to these terms.

Mendwell is a communication skills and family education provider based at 73 Na Mueang Road, Nai Muang, Khon Kaen 40000, Thailand. You can reach us at [email protected] or by phone at +66 87 462 9531.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder will continue to apply.

2. Nature of Our Services

Mendwell provides communication skills education, organisation tools, and group learning sessions for families. Our programmes are designed to support participants in building practical skills, shared planning habits, and clearer communication.

Our current programmes are: Calm Conversations Session (฿3,400), Home Records Organiser (฿5,900), and Rebuilding Routines Programme (฿9,500). Details of each are available on our Solutions page.

3. Enrolment & Booking

To attend a programme, please submit an enquiry via our contact form or contact us directly. A place is confirmed only once we have confirmed availability and received payment in full.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an enrolment where we believe a programme is not suitable for a participant's circumstances, or where a session is at capacity. In such cases we will let you know promptly and refund any payment received.

Enrolment details — including dates, times, and any preparation required — will be provided in your confirmation message.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full prior to attending a programme. All prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking. Payment is processed via third-party services; we do not store payment card information.

If we are unable to accommodate your booking after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued within 14 working days.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 7 days before the session: Full refund, less any payment processing fees.
• 3–7 days before the session: 50% refund, or the option to transfer to a future session (subject to availability).
• Less than 3 days before the session: No refund. A transfer to a future session may be arranged at our discretion.

If Mendwell cancels or substantially reschedules a session, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to a rescheduled date.

6. Participant Conduct

Our sessions are shared spaces. We ask all participants to:

• Treat other participants, facilitators, and staff with respect
• Keep the content of others' contributions confidential outside the session
• Refrain from recording sessions without prior written consent from Mendwell
• Not disrupt the session or the experience of other participants

Where a participant's conduct is considered disruptive or disrespectful, Mendwell reserves the right to ask them to leave a session. In serious cases, no refund will be offered. We take this step only where necessary and always with care.

7. Materials & Intellectual Property

All materials provided as part of a Mendwell programme — including handouts, templates, workbooks, and digital documents — are for the personal use of the participant only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared commercially without our written consent.

The Mendwell name, logo, and website content are our intellectual property. You may not use them without permission.

8. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes relating to enquiring about or enrolling in our programmes. You must not:

• Submit false or misleading information through our contact forms
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the website or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from our site

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mendwell provides programmes in good faith and with reasonable care. However, we cannot accept responsibility for outcomes arising from the use of skills or materials learned in our sessions, as these depend on each participant's own circumstances and decisions.

We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or attendance at our programmes, except where such exclusion is not permitted by Thai law.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a programme is limited to the amount you paid for that programme.

10. Privacy

How we collect, use, and protect your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using our website or attending a programme, you acknowledge that you have read and understood that policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Terms in effect at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.
